About Project
Custom duplex in the heart of the Corona Del Mar village, south of PCH. This tiny but might duplex packs 11’ ceilings with full height glazing to enjoy California living and take advantage of the outdoor spaces. Front unit is 1,800sf with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Back unit is 2 beds, 2.5 bath with a rooftop deck.
